Insight4 today announced the signing of an investment deal with In-tellinc, a venture partner and technology investor.
In-tellinc is an IT industry technology incubator, financially backed by a grant under Tasmania’s Intelligent Island Program. Managed by a consortium comprising KPMG, the University of Tasmania and private investors, In-tellinc provides start-up and early stage IT companies with the resources and support necessary to realise their potential.
Investment in Insight4 provides In-tellinc and its incubatees with access to proven, high quality software development processes and experience.
In-tellinc brings a range of business experience and strategic advice to Insight4, enabling Insight4 to continue the strong growth experienced over the past four years.
As part of the investment, Scott Brownell from In-tellinc has joined the Board of Directors of Insight4 as a non executive director. Scott is currently a Business Manager at In-tellinc, bringing more than 20 years IT experience to Insight4’s board.
